About Dash STEM Labs
Dash STEM Labs is a K-12 Extracurricular and Educational Development company under Dash of The Woo.
When we are not hosting STEM Holiday camps and Virtual Coding Camps worldwide, we are providing
Private 1-on-1 lessons in Math, Computer Science, and Coding.
At Dash STEM Labs, we believe in meeting children "where they are at" to help them set strong roots and
progress in their educational journeys. Whether that is helping to get caught up in school,
or learning something that their heart desires. We are here to be a part of that journey.
Alongside teaching, our STEM Lab curates and develops K-12 curriculum for STEM camps, workshops, and programs,
with a focus on Computational Thinking and Quantum Agriculture. We also provide Live Trainings and Instructional Design
for teachers, educators, and instructors on topics, such as, Classroom Management, Child Safeguarding and Protection, and more.

Founder | Computer Science Educator | Curriculum Developer
Alumna of The University of Houston,
Miss Yvonne has a strong academic background in Computer Information Systems, with experience in industries ranging from finance and healthcare to independent creative projects.
She gained her stellar management and collaborative experience as a Technical Lead and Lead Developer, and has shifted to Education where she guides the next generation through their Computer Science journeys.
She is now empowering and inspiring students all around the world.
Miss Yvonne’s experience ranges from Computer Science, UI/UX, Python, JavaScript, Information Systems, and Automation.
Within every project, collaboration, or class, Idara brings light, playful, and warm energy.
Her open, friendly, and holistic approach has helped launch successful websites and brands, as well as, improved students' cognitive skills and vocabulary.

Virtual Camps feature structured small-group sessions led by an expert. Camp includes live teaching of our advanced and holistic curriculum, peer collaboration, social time, and independent work.
Virtual Private 1-on-1 Classes are tailored to meet the needs, pace and interests of the student. This comes with flexibility in scheduling and course structure.
For a fun and complete experience, all classes include games and challenges!

This course is for beginner to intermediate programmers to learn and master the fundamentals of coding through visual drag-and0drop blocks.

To participate in online or in-person courses with Dash STEM Labs, students will need a Mac or Windows computer, a webcam (online), and a stable internet connection with access to Zoom video conferencing (online) . All info on course-specific installation requirements will be communicated after registration.

For camps, you are welcome to join a later session (subject to availability). If there are no scheduled camps, a voucher will be given of equal value to claim a private session, camp or group class. No refunds are provided for cancellations.
For all students, we kindly ask that you provide at least 3 hours notice of absence. Failure to do so will result in the the forfeiture of that missed class/lesson.
