Not only will you learn coding fundamentals, but also gain confidence in your math and problem-solving skills.

Whether you want to fight monsters or tell a story about the dinosaurs, Scratch makes it fun and easy for you to learn!
How Our Classes Will Work
Your student will learn in a small group with other students from Tuesday - Friday. The course will be project-based to get the kids coding right away as the best way to learn is to do!
All classes include games, brain breaks, and unplugged activities to better understand the computational thinking concepts being taught.

She is now empowering and inspiring students all around the world.
Miss Yvonne’s experience ranges from Computer Science, UI/UX, Python, JavaScript, Information Systems, and Automation.

Scratch is a platform for kids to make games, but more educationally, it’s a tool for young minds to bring imagination and ideas to life with code. Scratch is one of the most popular “block-based coding” program out there, and it’s one of the best programming languages for kids.

Scratch coding sets the groundwork for your student to explore programming concepts beyond the basics. Students who learn Scratch often go on to pick up more complex languages such as Python, Lua and Javascript.

Virtual Coding 101 Camps feature structured small-group sessions led by an expert. Camp includes live teaching of our advanced and holistic curriculum, peer collaboration, social time, and independent work. For a fun and complete experience, all classes include games and challenges!

This course is for beginner to intermediate programmers to learn and master the fundamentals of coding through visual drag-and0drop blocks.

To participatein this online course with Dash STEM Labs, students will need a Mac or Windows computer, a webcam, and a stable internet connection with access to Zoom video conferencing. All info on course-specific installation requirements will be communicated after registration.

You are welcome to join a later session (subject to availability). If there are no scheduled virtual camps, a voucher will be given of equal value to claim a private session, camp or group class. No refunds are provided for cancellations.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 3 hours notice of absence. Failure to do so will result in the the forfeiture of that missed class/lesson.
