STEM Camp Scholarship Application

Guidelines:

  1. Scholarship consideration is based on need, merit, timeliness of application, and funding availability. First consideration will be given to financial need.
  2. A separate application is required for each child.
  3. No incomplete application will be considered. Review your application thoroughly before submission.
  4. Submission of this scholarship application DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY ENROLL YOUR CHILD IN A CAMP.
  5. Funds are awarded on a sliding scale.
  6. All financial aid requests and information are kept confidential.
  7. Camp Registration Form must be completely filled out and submitted.

  8. Proof of Active Military or Veteran Status (Driver’s License with veteran designation, DD Form 214, etc), if applicable
  9. Last 2 paycheck stubs (Please blackout sensitive data (SSN, Bank account details))
